Order Processing

Every EYAM order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Domestic Shipping — United States

- Standard Shipping: $5.99 on orders under $68.
- Complimentary Shipping: FREE on all orders of $68 or more.
- Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your fragrance every step of the way.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

- The fragrance is unused and unopened.
- The product remains in its original, sealed packaging.
- The item is in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.

To maintain our standards of quality and product integrity, opened or used fragrances are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every EYAM fragrance is carefully inspected before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.

We'll review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when applicable.

Return Shipping

- For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, EYAM will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
